You have probably reached a point in your business where it is time to look at running your business… like a business. We understand that is easier said than done, however. You have likely been THE ONE that handles everything up to this point and I get it! It is hard to find someone that cares as much as you do. It is hard to find time to train someone. It is hard to let go of things and delegate.

If this sounds familiar, then this episode is for you. I sit down with the Vice President of Human Resources for Gradient Financial, Brad Malm, and pick his brain on what works, what doesn’t and what you can do to take the right next steps.

FREE OFFER: For everyone that takes a moment to SUBSCRIBE, RATE and REVIEW this inaugural episode of the Advisor Arena podcast, you have the opportunity to attend our next Operations University and I will pay ½ the cost. That is a $600 value just for taking a few minutes to leave an honest review, subscribe and rate.]]>
